Our evening groups are an opportunity to work on emotional wellness in an environment of thoughtful, engaging, and supportive peers.
We offer several group psychotherapy options in the evening. Patients can choose to attend groups as a stand-alone group or mix and match groups depending on their particular treatment needs. Some groups are structured and focus on psychoeducation, building skills, or discussing specific topics of interest. Other groups are free-flowing and focus more on building relationship and communications skills. Our evening groups are designed to offer a variety of treatment options for adults who are interested in:
Learning healthy coping strategies to better manage the stressors of day-to-day life
Experiencing the support of their peers as they work through a variety of life issues
Gaining a better understanding of their emotions and learning techniques to better regulate their emotions
Improving their insight into personal struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or personality dynamics
Learning more about the way they engage in relationships and working to deepen their capacity for relational intimacy
